Happy Birthday Jay!

Yesterday April 5th was Jay's 25th Birthday. I made him pancakes in the morning. He opened up a present with his Lobo hat and Lobo sticker for his truck. Lobo through and through.
For dinner I decided to make churascaria or Brazzilian BBQ. We had chicken wrapped in bacon with a b. sugar sauce, glazed and grilled pineapple, poa de kueio or cheese bread, rice and beans. Oh man it was good! That quickly turned into a new birthday tradition.
Jay also got a new garmin and looked like a little kid at Christmas playing with it. I think it was a good day overall. I sure am grateful for him! He is the best husband a girl could ask for and Eden sure loves her dad! Love ya Jay!
