Welcome Home Trevor!
Trevor, Jay's younger brother got home from his mission on
July 8th. This was my first time meeting him. We all had a big welcome for him when he came. We had fun with our nephews and getting ready to meet Trevor. Later at his aunt Ann's house we took pics of all the Russell's and the boys had fun showing their stature compared to Val.

Isn't my sweetie just darling! Jay I love you too! Thanks for putting up with me. I know I am not always something to be excited to see. But just so you all know Jay is an amazing husband, I couldn't ask for any better. He even opens the door for me still. What a gentleman!

Jay's first post.
Well Brittany has been after me to get on here and contribute to this thing and so finnally I am getting with it. Life really is good I have no complaints at all. I have a darling wife whom I am very grateful for and that has been one of the greatest blessings in my life thusfar. Well I gotta make this short because I have to go to work but I just wanted to let my wife know how much I love and appreciate her and look forward to seeing her at the end of each day.

We Hiked the Grand Canyon in One Day!!!
We hiked the south rim of the Grand Canyon in one day! It was crazy. But also very rewarding. We hiked down South Kiabab and up Bright Angel. it was 16 miles in all. The first 12 werer easy, but the last 4 were killer! We started at 7 am and ended at 4:30 pm. It was a beautiful view and definitely worth the work. I highly recommend it!
